Welcome to Taron Events App (“Taron,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our mobile application, website, and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Please read these Terms carefully as they govern your use of our event management, registration, promotion, and ticketing services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, registering for an event, hosting an event, making a payment, or otherwise using Taron Events App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Eligibility
To use Taron Events App, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old (or have verified parental consent if younger)
- Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration details
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms.
3. User Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials.
- You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You may not use another person’s account or allow others to access your account without authorization.
- Taron is not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to safeguard your account.
4. Event Registration & Ticketing
- Taron Events App serves as a platform for event organizers to create, manage, promote, and sell tickets for events.
- Ticket purchases, pricing, refunds, and event details are set by the event organizer.
- Taron is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, or modifications. Issues relating to refunds or disputes should be directed to the event organizer.
- Taron reserves the right to charge processing or service fees for ticketing services.
5. Payments & Refunds
- All payment transactions are processed through secure, PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment gateways.
- Taron does not store your credit/debit card details.
- Refund policies are determined by event organizers and should be stated clearly on the event page.
- Taron is not responsible for refund disputes between attendees and organizers but may intervene in cases of fraud or policy violations.
6. User Content & Conduct
By submitting content (photos, videos, comments, reviews, or posts) to Taron:
- You grant Taron a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable license to use, display, and distribute your content for promotional purposes.
- You are solely responsible for your content and its legality.
- You agree not to upload or distribute content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or infringes, intellectual property rights, or cookie policy.
Taron reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Use Taron for fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities
- Impersonate any individual or entity
- Access unauthorized parts of the platform or attempt to circumvent security features
- Transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
- Disrupt or interfere with Taron’s operations or services
Violation of these provisions may lead to immediate suspension, termination, and legal action where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Taron Events App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, software, and designs, is owned by or licensed to Taron and is protected by Nigerian copyright and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of Taron’s content without express written consent.
9. Third-Party Links & Services
Taron may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or services. These are provided for your convenience, and Taron is not responsible for their content, practices, or privacy policies. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Taron Events App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We make no warranties, express or implied, about:
- The availability, accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the platform
- The quality or outcomes of events promoted through the platform
- The conduct of organizers, attendees, or third parties
Use of Taron is at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taron and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, business, data, or goodwill
- Claims arising from events hosted by third-party organizers
This applies whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.
12. Termination
Taron reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time without prior notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to Taron, other users, or third parties.
You may deactivate your account at any time via the app settings.
13. Data Protection
We process personal information in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) and our Privacy Policy.
By using Taron, you consent to such processing and confirm that all data provided is accurate.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. When significant changes occur, we will notify users through in-app alerts or by email.
Continued use of Taron after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

17. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by Taron, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taron regarding use of the app and supersede all prior agreements.
